What does he think of his side job at YourSolution?
Alongside my International Business studies, I work as a Credit Manager at ANWB — for me, the perfect way to explore my passion for the financial sector. I get a lot of energy from solving business problems and handling the responsibility that comes with it. This side job has prepared me for a future in finance and consulting. With YourSolution, I’m ready for what’s next!
YourSolution is young, social, and regularly organizes great events. From padel clinics to festivals and plenty of after-work drinks — I’m always happy to join. Recently, I attended a YourSolution gathering in Rotterdam — super fun and social. We played « 30 Seconds », and there were snacks and drinks. The annual festival at Thuishaven was packed too — everyone celebrated without a care. That was amazing as well!
On top of all the fun, the flexibility of the recruiters at YourSolution allowed me to easily switch between companies and roles. This gave me the opportunity to work at an investment bank and quickly move up at ANWB. At the same time, I had the chance to take courses through YourSolution, and I’ve now earned my Wft certificate.
All this while doing a full-time degree — without YourSolution’s support, it would have been much harder. The team is fantastic because they’re flexible and always ready to help.
