We call this the Community. We store this data throughout your study period to best support your development and assist you in finding a job shortly before graduation. The maximum retention period is four years unless you wish to be removed from our system earlier. In that case, we will of course comply with your request.

Additionally, when providing your data, you can check a box indicating that we may use your data to contact you and discuss your interest in a part-time job or entry-level position, as well as our opportunities. For this purpose, we process your address data, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, educational data, and other information relevant to applying for our job openings, such as the data included in your CV.

If you indicate that we may contact you regarding potential positions, you give us your explicit consent to process this data. Without this data, we cannot contact you about possible positions or process your application. With this data, we can contact you to discuss the position you applied for or future job opportunities and assess whether you are a good fit for YourSolution and our clients. If we consider you suitable, we will present your application and the information you provided to our clients. We store this data in our system so we can also contact you for future positions. The maximum retention period is one year. If you wish to be removed from our system earlier, we will of course comply.

If you apply to us and/or work with us, we will process your data in accordance with the « TPS Terms & Privacy Policy, » published on our website www.tpsgroep.nl.

To operate and optimize this website, we use analytics services. We have a commercial interest in analyzing your browsing behavior and related data to improve our service. We will track your use of our website via Google Analytics and are bound by Google’s storage periods.
