Can I combine working through YourSolution with my studies?
Yes. Because YourSolution works exclusively with students, we understand that balancing work and studies can be challenging. From what we’ve seen with students currently working via YourSolution, two days (16 hours) per week is usually manageable alongside their studies. Of course, this may not always be the case — for instance, during exam weeks when you need to focus on studying. Everything can be discussed with your employer, as long as you communicate in time.
Where can I work: from home or at the office?
That depends on the job. We offer three types of work models: in-office, remote, or hybrid. In-office means either at the client’s location or at one of the YourSolution offices (in Amsterdam or Rotterdam). Hybrid is a combination of working from home and at the office. Your work location depends on the assignment. Naturally, we always make that decision together. At YourSolution, we encourage working from the office as often as possible — it gives you the best insight into the company you’re working for. Plus, it’s a lot of fun and social! Each vacancy clearly states the working model, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
