YourSolution is a staffing agency for students. We offer relevant part-time jobs (starting from 16 hours per week) to students from universities of applied sciences and academic universities (HBO/WO). These jobs are in business environments such as banks, insurance companies, or trading firms. We have various vacancies across different sectors. You can find all open positions here. YourSolution also organizes workshops at universities and offers…

Yes. Since YourSolution works exclusively with students, we understand that balancing work and study can be tricky. From what we’ve seen, working two days (16 hours) per week is generally manageable. Of course, there may be times, like during exam weeks, when studying takes priority. Everything can be arranged in consultation with your employer, as long as you communicate in advance.

That depends on the position. We offer three work models: on-site, remote, or hybrid. On-site can mean working at the client’s location or one of the YourSolution offices (in Amsterdam or Rotterdam). Hybrid combines remote work with office days. Your work location depends on your assignment and is always decided together. We encourage working on-site as often as possible — it’s the best way to get a feel for the company, and it’s also fun and social! Each job posting lists the work format so you know exactly what to expect.
